How can I find out what the default disk tunables were before I changed them?

 

I've attached a screenshot of the specific tunables I'm looking for.

    Sync Window: 384

    SyncThres: 192

     

    FYI, all you have to do is delete the custom entries and then hit apply and they will revert to default.
