Once of my disks seems to have puked, however, a full SMART test on it passes. I tried re-adding the drive to the array, but that also results in error.

 

Anyone know what might be up with this drive? I've attached the diag report.  Thanks!

You only did a short test, extended would be best.

Diagnostics end before that so nothing visible there.

I did do an extended test and everything seems to have checked out okay.

It wasn't on the previous diags.

 

Disk looks healthy but it failed again during the rebuild, swap cables/backplane with a different disk and try rebuilding one more time, if it fails again replace it.

Swapped two SATA connectors and the array re-built without any issues. Thanks for your help!
