This morning I saw that 1 of my disks was green (spun up) but without temperature reported.

I checked the Syslog and I can see a spin down command at about 3am and I know the disk was NOT spun up (because when I tried to access data on the disk, it spun up).

So the green/gray indicator appears to be wrong (and it's weird that there's no temperature too).

 

Does anyone know if this is a problem I need to be concerned about?

Just thought to double check since it has happened maybe once or twice in the last year or so.

 

PS: on 6.3.5.
