Unraid randomly locking up

netpro2k, Did you ever figure out what your issue was with locking up? I am having the same issue. 

I had a similar issue. I have a Supermicro X9DR3-F board. Unraid CPU Frequency scaling did not play nicely with my hardware. I had to set the Governor status to "Performance". I use more power, but my server stays up. Any time Unraid would try to save power and dial back the CPU, Unraid would lock up. This setting can be changed under Settings > Tips & Tweaks > CPU Scaling Governor.

 

Not sure if this applies to your situation though.
