Using 1&1 and need help configuring it

I have two domains on 1&1 and I'd like to set up my ombi/sonarr/radarr to use them. I'm so confused and not sure what to put where.

I have:

DNS Settings

Name Server settings

A/AAAA Records

TXT, CAA, CNAME and SRV Records

Can someone point me in the right direction on what to put where or if there are any videos that I might check out. Thanks in advance.
