The 1.5TB Barracuda at TigerDirect.

 

I just bought one and it has free 3-6 day ground shipping.  I've bought lots of stuff from TigerDirect with no problems in the past.

The drive arrived and was packaged really well.  It's in a plastic container that suspends it in the center and had padding above and below that in the box.  For an oem drive I'm impressed with the packaging.

Several WD Green drives I've purchased from TigerDirect came packaged the same way.  Much better than Newegg's packaging, however, I've yet to receive a DOA drive from either source.

No tax for California residents too.

 

If I didn't have upcoming expenses, I'd probably jump on two of these
