mirror servers - VM not booting

Hi,

On identical hardware/setup I copied a VM (ubuntu 16 no GPU or something fancy) and I cant get it to boot.

If I also copy the XML I get:

operation failed: unable to find any master var store for loader: /usr/share/qemu/ovmf-x64/OVMF_CODE-pure-efi.fd

Any ideas?
