share iTunes library on Mac and PC

I have all my music on unRAID and both my Macs can use it fine but my Windows XP PC can't because it seems that iTunes uses a different file and/or format for the Mac than it does for the PC.  Anyway around this?  I want one library that I can update and have the same on both Macs and the PC
