Access HTTPS when internet is down

Featured Replies

Hello,

Ive tried to search but found nothing on this topic.  I have enabled HTTPS on both of my unraid servers but when my internet is down, (Comcast ugh) I am not able to access my servers web pages as they are web address and not IP's.   Is there a way to access these when your internet connection is down, or is there a config that I missed?  If not, can you shut off HTTPS once its been enabled?

The IP should always work, and if you don't know what it is, you can find what it is currently by looking to the top right corner of the webgui. If you don''t have it set to a static IP, there is a chance it will change / not work when comcast is down, depending on the rest of your network equipment. I'd advise setting it to a static IP, that way you always know exactly how to get there, name or IP.
