I am getting a ton of these errors today. I'm wondering if it is my Controller card that has 8 drives hooked up to it.

Yes, specifically the cache2 SSD, looks like a connection issue so try replacing/swapping both cables

I replaced 4 cables and re-seated everything and we are back up running smooth.
