[SOLVED] Windows Server 16 VM using 92% of is memory allocation

I am a bit of a newbie with unRAID (6.5.3) so don’t hate me. When I start my VM which is a Windows Server 2016 Standard 64-bit edition and I go in to the Task Manager I see that the VM is using 11.5GB of its 12.5GB of allocated memory. However, unRAID dashboard manager is saying system wide memory usage is only about 35% memory usage out of 16 gigabytes of maximum memory in the system. So I don’t know what’s going on with my virtual machine’s memory allocation. I gave it minimum of 2048 MB of memory and a maximum of 12800 MB.
