I'm running 6.4, I can not get the array to start. Can someone direct me on how to diagnosis what's wrong?

The array is started in the diagnostics.  What are you seeing that is making you think otherwise?

Main tab, Array operations. Just says starting. Also under docker, says array must be started to view docker containers.

I seem to recall there were some issues like that on 6.4  I'd upgrade to 6.6

It will not let me. Under tools, I selected update, plugin update check comes up, and it just hangs there. Is there a work around to upgrade?

Also I have tried selecting next under branch, 6.6 is listed, I tell it to update, the install plugin comes up and hangs there also.

additional information

download the zip from from LT's website.  Copy all of the bz files from the zip to the flash drive and reboot.

System is up and running normally now. Thank you for all your help.
