Failed Drives - Start all over or able to recover some data?

I've got 7x 4tb drives and 2 of them set as parity. Recently lost 3 drives (won't even power up) 2 were data drives and the last was one of the parity drives.

 

Am I able to re-add those drives and have the array come back up minus the data that was on 2 of the drives or do I need to new-config and start everything over again?

Installed the 3 replacement drives and running pre-clear on them now.

    If there are three missing drives you need to do a new config, no way to continue using the existing array, and if the only remaining drive is a parity drive no way to recover any data.
