November 30, 20187 yr ive currently got unraid 6.3.3 running fine and when i try to update via the plugins tab i get: plugin: updating: unRAIDServer.plg plugin: downloading: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/stable/unRAIDServer-6.5.3-x86_64.zip ... failed (File I/O error) plugin: wget: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/stable/unRAIDServer-6.5.3-x86_64.zip download failure (File I/O error) can anyone help? thanks nas-diagnostics-20181130-1652.zip
November 30, 20187 yr Nothing obvious maybe a temporary download problem at the source. Can you ping s3.amazonaws.com from your server? Before attempting this upgrade from your very old version, you should make sure you have taken care of everything in the Update Notes: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/66327-unraid-os-version-650-stable-release-update-notes/
November 30, 20187 yr After looking again at your diagnostics I don't think you have enough RAM for updating using the plugin. Just to confirm, how much RAM is in your server?
December 3, 20187 yr Author thanks guys. yep its definitely the lack of ram. ill be upgrading my nas box soon so will just wait until then
