Many unRAIDers have shucked drives from these enclosures (WD Red or White inside) for array drives. The white label is really just a Red NAS drive with a white label. December 7, 20187 yr Bought two for my first UNRAID server. I am currently doing a 'pre-clear' on them right now. I also bought one 10TB EasyStore, it will be used as my parity drive. The goal is to retire my current RAID 5 (4 x 3TB). After I transfer all files over then I will add the four 3TB hard drives into the array as well.
