Console command to stop array?

I've got a drive that appears to have died on me, so I'm trying to shut the server down. I issued a stop array, which came back as stopped, then a reboot, but the reboot isn't happening. The web gui just shows 'System is rebooting...' but I can telnet in and it has NOT rebooted.

 

Is there a command I can issue from the console to make sure the array is stopped, and then force a shutdown?
