What is preventing the spin down...?

Suddenly my array won't spin down and keeps all drivers up... hmm.

Usually I would start shutting down dockers and VMs to find out who causes that issues.

Now I am wondering if there is a more specific/professional way to find out why the array isn't spinning down...
