v6.6 permission issue

I've installed v6.6.6 and can see the file folders on the server but when I click on them I get a message you don't have permission to view these files (or something like that). My old v5 rc8 did not have this problem, how can I fix it, thanks.

    Tools, new permissions, user shares, select any that have issues, if you haven't configured dockers yet you can just select all.

    3. Adjust your preference.
