Help with Norco 4220 front buttons

So all of a sudden the buttons on the front panel of my Norco 4220 enclosure are not working anymore, I did play around with the connector, but they seem dead still. MB is X8SIL-F, been working fine for years. Any help would be appreciated by this not very savvy user.
