Issues with Server Hangs

Hi everyone, kind off struggling to determine where I may have a problem with my server and why it is hanging at random periods.

My System spec:-

AMD Ryzen 2700X (Not Overclocked)

16GB Corsair RAM

Motherboard is a Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite

Nvidia GTX1660 (For Hardware transcoding for Plex)

The server hung this morning for the 3rd time this week. I have completed a full memory check with no errors.

 

I managed to capture two pictures of the crash, one which appears to be a kernel panic, the other some errors on boot. I have also uploaded a diagnostic in case that helps?  I am scratching my head on this one and would appreciate any help and assistance!

    There are known issues with Ryzen and Linux, most workarounds are discussed here.
