lost access to https GUI?

I realised that at some point (I;ve been using unraid on multiple server for months now) I lost access to https. http works and everything else seems the same.

nmap says ports are open but I get a "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".

 

What can be the problem?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
