Does unraid have this possibility or do i need to find a VM to run along with it, either Server 08 or a linux DC?

Office environment. 10 PCs, Win10 Pro. Would like a DC type login to the unraid server where i manage users/passwords/shares. Trying to avoid Server license for clients just to control users and shares. Maybe Im doing things the hard way..recommendations and opinions always welcome.
