Rajahal
Kingston SSDNow V Series SNV425-S2/64GB 2.5" 64GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) $99.99 after promo EMCYTZT194, not sure when it expires Sequential Access - Read up to 200MB/s Sequential Access - Write up to 110MB/s (I wish they would tell you the random reads/writes as well) Anyway, would make for a good cache drive for unRAID, or boot drive for your regular computer or HTPC. Keep in mind that using any SSD as a cache drive for unRAID will wear it out fairly fast, so it will probably only last 2 years or so. I figure by then you'll want to replace it with something faster anyway. Link to comment
madpoet
Barely enough to hold a blu ray rip But yes, they are fast and fun. Link to comment
Rajahal
Very true. I encode everything, so the largest single files I ever move are around 15 GB. If you routinely rip BluRay ISOs, then I agree that this isn't a good option for you. Link to comment
StevenD
I have one of these in my Dell Mini 10. Its nice to have instantaneous resumes and near instantaneous boots. However, faster drives can be had for not much more. Link to comment
