Read errors but SMART reports Passed

Lately I have been getting read errors on my disks. Now I would have though my one of my disks could be failing, however it appears to happen to all of my disks. From what I can tell, the SMART stats on them appear to be healthy. I switched out my SAS controller and the issue came back. Could it be my back plane going bad?

 

I attached my log files.

    Very unlikely a disk problem, most likely some problem with connections, expander or power.

    Thanks. I'll start testing some of the mentioned hardware and see if I can narrow it down.
