when i launch my unRAID server, the system ask me a login, root by default, how can i remove this login ?

You're talking about 'telnet'?  You can use the -l switch to specify 'root' as the login name:

 

telnet -l root tower

 

This will log in to tower as user root.  Works under windows (amazing), in Start->Run box.
