cannot change network settings

Hi guy, pretty straight forward issue I am having.

 

I have unRaid virtualized as a VM on ESXI.

 

Under network settings I cannot change them due to me needing to stop the VM manager:

yet under the vm manager i have:

Is there a way i can enable the network settings?  I am not looking to use the VM features of unRaid.

    The array has to be stopped before you are allowed to change the network settings.

    3. Adjust your preference.
