Server Keeps Crashing

My server keeps crashing.  I'm at a total loss.  I've even gone as far as totally nuking it and starting from scratch.  But after a few hours, it totally crashes again.  It started happening after the most recent upgrade to 6.7.2.  Any help would be appreciated.

    I'll try it out.  It does make sense, since the server seems to die while not doing work (streaming, copying files, etc).

    Looks like that solved it.  Haven't had any crashes since I dsiabled C-states.

    And nevermind, looks like it has crashed again.  I'll have to go back to the previous version that was stable.
