Beginning of my issues can be found here

Edit - As of now, a graceful reboot script is scheduled to run every morning around 7:15 AM is this is the best time before the usual crash happens, and when I can be sure nobody is actively using Plex, or Plex isn't doing it's scheduled maintenance.  This seems to be at least a temporary fix as it ran this morning and has ran just fine through the normal crash window.

It's now been almost a full two weeks since my initial issues and they seemed to have subsided. Until about 4  days ago.  The random crashing started happening again after multiple days of uptime.  I started doing some research and found a thread (which I can't seem to find again in my history - will update once I do) that someone was having similar issues and solved it by making sure their BIOS was up to date and their CPU was set to Performance mode in the BIOS.

My BIOS was only out of date by 1 revision, so I went ahead and updated it according to SuperMicro's instructions.  I then set the CPUs to Performance Mode in the BIOS.

This seemed to have done the trick as I had well over 2 days of uptime without a hiccup.  I woke up this morning and it was still chugging along.  I left for work and got a text from my cousin that Plex was down for him around 10 am.  So, I connected my VPN and found that my server was unreachable.  Got home a couple hours later for lunch and pulled the flash drive so I could attach the log file here since I did have it writing to that still.  I've attached logs and my diag which I got after the reboot.

I'm honestly not sure where to look anymore.  The crashes are so random and were happening after 24 hours of uptime, but always before hitting 3 days of uptime.

Every other post I've found with somewhat similar issues has everyone pointing to the PSU.  I suppose that could also be my problem somehow as I did buy it used.   The system isn't completely shutting down and it's more of just a simple crash and becoming non responsive, which I suppose could be something with power delivery to the CPUs.

If you guys can't help me find a solution, my next step is replacing the power supply and hoping for the best.
