Using Intel Quick Sync inside VM

Hello,

 

is it possible to use the Intel Quick Sync Feature inside of a Windows 10 VM?

 

Inside Docker there is a instruction available here on forum, but not for use inside VM.

 

Now it looks like it's only using CPU for transcoding.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
