Cache Pool Instructions Correct?

Featured Replies

The guide (https://wiki.unraid.net/UnRAID_6/Storage_Management#Cache_pool_operations) says, as a last step to adding devices, "Click the checkbox and then the button under Array Operations to format the devices." I'm confused by this. I just added a second cache device (already had one), and the instructions were perfect until that last step. I doesn't appear that I actually need to do anything at this point, as the Main tab shows that I have a pool of two devices, though the second device does not show as btrfs, it just says "Device is part of cache pool." Are the instructions just outdated?

You never don't format when adding devices to an existing pool, instruction on that page are not very clear.
