jonfive
got an alert that there are errors on my parity drive. i ran the smart extended self-test and it came up with no errors. though the two highlighted in attached image have me a bit concerned. But i'm not sure if it was just a fluke - can i 'clear' the error to see if it pops up again? or is that ill-advised? Quote Link to comment
jpowell8672
You can't clear those errors. I had same happen to me and the drive eventually failed. If you get anymore I would suggest to replace the drive. Edited October 16, 2019 by jpowell8672 Typo 1 Quote Link to comment

Thanks for the heads up! Mine was also a Seagate drive, I have not had very good luck with Seagate drives either. Quote Link to comment
