I have recently tried installing a 2 new dockers and both now fail in the same way

Mac in a Box based on Squirrells tutorial and Pfsense again based on his videos

lets take the specific case of PFsense  I update the template  etc,,  when i try to start the VM to kick off the VM the icon disappears and only comes back after  I restart the system.  A similar thing happens with Mac in a box.. 

Can anyone help me with this,
