Terminal Will Not Load

When I try to open the terminal in from the dashboard or in the container mariadb I am getting a non-responsive blank screen. Anyone? 6.7.2

    Assuming Firefox, does it look like this?

    If so, you need to disable "privacy.resistFingerprinting" in your about:config, or just use ssh or something similar instead

    No. There is no cursor. The screen pops up but remains blank.
