I jumped on the 4K wagon and am trying to update most of my library to 4K so I can ejoy it localy, but I also have some friends that wants to watch my plex streams from time to time. What kind of CPU would I need for 3-4 transcoding streams (from 4K content)?

Do I need any kind of GPU?

Does newer motherboards support The Dell Perc H310 to LSI 9211-8i? (SATA controller)

What amount of RAM am I looking at?

This is mainly what I use my server for.
