7zip horrible performance

hi guys so i have a lot of archives and when i right click and extract here i get horrible performance 

any idea why that my be or what can i do to improve it?

unzip to the cache, else try turbo mode. I assume your being limited due to not only the unzip but also by write speed.

 

Turbo mode is under settings - disk settings - Tunable (md_write_method): - and set reconstruct mode

thanks that worked it now unzipees at 20 to 40 mb/s and before was 15 mb/s will this setting affect my dally use?

Yes it will make all writes to the array faster.

Best use case is to just use a cache drive but ymmv.
