Out of Memory Errors

I noticed a couple days ago that I was running a higher than normal % of used ram. Today I have a message from Fix Common Problems that says I have Out of Memory errors.  I have downloaded my diagnostics and attached them.  Could someone tell me what may be causing my errors please?
