remove disk from array

i had a disk in my array which has failed (disk was faulty when installed) i need to remove the disk to RMA it but i cant find how to do this using the GUI, if i physically remove the disk the array wont start the disk doesn't have any data on and non of the shares/docker/VM's use the disk.

 

i dont want to loose anything on the remaining disks but the only option i can find (new config) saya that the disks will appear as new disks which to me says they will be wiped can someone point me in the right direction.

    If you do a New Config then it does NOT wipe the existing contents although it does invalidate parity (if you have a parity disk).
