Started noticing PLEX spinning last night, after review this morning the docker (not isolated) had become unavailable.  In checking with the drives, I had a number of errors on my parity, in addition to one of my other drives is red balled.  In a vain attempt, I took the array offline, and tried to restart my server.  It hung, and I had to hard cycle it.  Came back up.  Parity looks like it's back to normal, but having issues with some of my containers still and the one drive seems to be toast.  Any suggestions?

Did you save the diags before rebooting? If yes please post those instead.

Sadly no.  I should have had my coffee first.  I ran the diagnostic post reboot.

Than all I can say is that it doesn't appear to be a disk problem, start by checking all connections and then try rebuilding the disable disk, if more errors post new diags.
