September 9, 200718 yr Ok I have a user share that I only want to have one disk be part of and another share that needs all but one disk be part of. If I only put disk6 in the included disk(s): field will this suffice or do I need to then put all the other disks in the excluded disk(s): field. If so the field is only about 40 characters long and I could only type in "disk1,disk2,disk3,disk4,disk"
September 9, 200718 yr For the share with just one disk (say disk6): Included disks: disk6 Excluded disks: For the other shares: Included disks: Excluded disks: disk6 In upcoming -beta4 you will be able to type a range, e.g., Included disks: disk1-4, disk7, disk11-16
September 9, 200718 yr For the share with just one disk (say disk6): Included disks: disk6 Excluded disks: Tried just that and it didn't work. Writing a test file to that share placed the file on another disk http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=978.0 This is why I tried also adding all other shares to the excluded (wondering if included had a bug), but noticed I couldn't.
