Web config security not working in 4.2 beta 4

Even thou i have root password set it doesn't ask it when i go to web config. It did work just fine in beta 3.

Same here I tried in IE and Firefox.  I tried it with both security enabled and disabled.

Same here.  I have a password, but unRaid no longer prompts for one on web-management page.  It does prompt as expected  via telnet.
