I have recently moved over to unraid from 2 x 5 Bay synology's and 1 with an additional 5 bay expansion over the last 2 months.

I upgraded my old PC to 3950X so had spare hardware and thought why not go back to DIY nas( moved to synology 6 years ago after running a DIY nas for many years)

 

I have just had my first drive failed and it worked flawlessly! I will now be investing in a 2nd parity drive as its proved itself! 


So just want to say a big thank you for an amazing product! And the community is awesome and has helped me troubleshoot a few options easily!
