Cannot install unRAID onto new usb drive

I have tried to install unRAID onto a new usb drive using the Flash drive creator, but it has not worked. So I tried a manual install and receive the following error:

ERROR - syslinux executable not found, expected: J:\syslinux\syslinux.exe

Press any key to continue . . .

 

What is wrong? The usb is formatted as FAT32 and is 16GB. How do I install it onto the usb drive?

    Did you copy the contents of the downloaded zip to the root of the flash drive? There should be a syslinux folder on the flash.
