It depends on how much you want to fight with it. A quick and cheap solution would be to put a known quad port Intel card in like this; https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-Pro-1000-PT-Quad-Port-Gigabit-Network-Interface-Card/224194158812?hash=item34330360dc:g:g3EAAOSwVp1fhwtJ I only paid £10 for mine.... and it works brilliantly with unraid.
