These are the 1m versions, so double the length of those you will likely find on Newegg or similar.  I can deal with some cable slack if it means saving this kind of money.

 

Note that these are reverse breakout cables used for connecting miniSAS backplanes (such as those found in the Norco 4220 and 4224) to the motherboard's onboard SATA ports (or the ports of another SATA controller card).

 

These cables are INCOMPATIBLE with the Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 (you need forward breakout cables for this).

Yes it will.  You only need one of these cables (two SATA ports on the motherboard, and possibly another two via a SIL3132 card if you want all 24 bays hooked up).
