So ive been getting some strange system lock ups it seems to be related to the bnx2 drivers can anyone help?

 

when it happens sometimes system can be rebooted from physically going to machine and using the terminal other times its hard lock up and sometimes reboot/shutdown just hangs.

 

ive attached a couple of logs below
