    I suspect the problem could be because you are using whole devices for logs and cache.

    How was this pool created? With Linux zfs still creates a couple of partition when you give it the whole device.

    If it was done with Unraid it should still create partitions for the disks, post the output of:

    fdisk -l /dev/sdf
