  • Login Page stalls and does not go to dashboard on first attempt [6.8.2]

I've been having this bug for a minute now since I updated to 6.8.2 (stable). I suppose it has something to do with the fix for the recent login page security issue.

My first attempt at logging in to the Web GUI never works. I input my username and password and the page seems to stall. I refresh my browser and input my credentials a second time and immediately I'm taken to the unRaid dashboard. Has anybody else has had this issue?

    I've attached my diagnostics.

To get the obvious out of the way, are you sure you're entering in the password correctly the first time.

There was one attempt at logging in as root that failed and then you immediately successfully logged in the 2nd time.

Another time, your first attempt was as "admin" (which would fail), and then the second attempt (as root) did succeed.

    Yes, I'm entering it correctly.

It seems I'm able to recreate this bug if I haven't used the GUI for a while. I just tried logging out and logging back in and the issue didn't appear. I will logout for a while and try to recreate the issue again and post the logs.
