  • Ongoing Hard Disk Dropout

    The hard disk keeps dropping out, and it's all the disks at the same time. Sometimes it can't be mounted, and sometimes it's normal again. And through SSH, it's always possible to access the hard disk as usual. What's going on with this?

    I don't see any disk issues in the diags posted, and both disks are mounting, wrong diags?

     

    P.S, This should be in the general support forum, at least for now since there's no indication of any bug so far.

    The WebGUI shows disk unable to mount, and it displays normally from time to time. but in fact it mounted normally (at least when I use it). should this be a bug?

     

    I can use my hard disk normally, but I'm worried that this condition might damage my hard disk.

    diags was downloaded when this happened. thats the weird part.

    The disks are still mounted, but there are some wrong csrf_token errors in the log, this usually means there are multiple browser windows opened to the GUI, make sure you close them all, if the issue persists, change the language to English and reboot in safe mode to retest.

    This issue arises when I am in the application tab (or another tab) and working on something pending. If the disk status changes (like I said above), it forces a switch to the Main tab, and when I manually switch back to the other tab, it causes this problem. 

     

    I believe this issue may not be directly related to my initial problem. And I will attempt to use safe mode to see what else I can find.

    it's look like errors from php. this from reboot to safe mode and I'm pretty sure there's only one browser and one tab on WebGUI, and I'm do nothing and this error keep showing.

    it's look like errors from php. this from reboot to safe mode and I'm pretty sure there's only one browser and one tab on WebGUI, and I'm do nothing and this error keep showing.

     

    How can I do to this? I'm not familiar with this part.

    Priority Definitions

     

    Minor = Something not working correctly.

     

    Urgent = Server crash, data loss, or other showstopper.

     

    Annoyance = Doesn't affect functionality but should be fixed.

     

    Other = Announcement or other non-issue.
