Plugins Not Available - UNRAID 6.12.14

Hello, I'm running Unraid 6.12.14 with no issues other than all the plugins saying they are "not available." This means I cannot upgrade to the next version because all the plugins need to on their latest version first. I know this has happened in the past but I cannot seem to locate a solution and it doesn't seem to be happening to a lot of people.

 

Included is the diagnostics from my system.
