  • Version 6.11.1 also has the problem of identifying the network card, Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0

My network card is an nvme interface. Think it's an updated kernel interface logic problem, but the new 6.11.1 doesn't fix the problem I've found recently, and in the diagnostic info net, I see: Can't change the state from D3cold which is now D0. Go back to 6.10. 3 does not have this problem. Will new problems be solved?

Go back to 6.10. 3 does not have this problem.

Do you mean that it was working before with v6.10.3 and if you downgrade now it doesn't work? That would suggest there are other issues.

no, I have no problem after returning to 6.10.3, it is the new version that has this problem

    Sorry, please ignore, I misread.

I feel like this requires adding a "quirk" to the kernel

I'm not clear what the problem is, which NIC is the problem, the Intel NIC that is being passed-trough?

This network card shows Unknown header type 7f, which is wrong

Does the same thing happen without the NIC being bound to VFIO-PCI?

Yes, their results are the same

It is found that it is different, and an error is reported after the network card is bound to VFIO-PCI
